A three-time half marathon runner and comic art enthusiast, Chandu leads one of Beam’s talented engineering teams in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative tools, such as the Beam Quoting Tool (BQT), that allow brokers and their clients to quote our benefits in seconds.
After graduating with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Ohio University, he started as a quality assurance (QA) tester and worked his way up the ladder to managing a team at Beam. Chandu enjoys his ability to empower the team to tackle complex challenges with creativity and precision.
