Beam is now a Rippling Preferred Carrier
Beam is now a Rippling Preferred Carrier, strengthening the connection between benefits technology, operations, and service.
A more connected benefits experience starts with better connections behind the scenes.
Beam is now part of Rippling’s Preferred Carrier Program, joining Principal and Sun Life in the program’s latest expansion.
The program is designed around a straightforward idea: benefits work better when the employers, brokers, technology platforms, and insurance carriers involved aren’t operating in separate lanes.
That matters because benefits administration has historically required a lot of connecting the dots. When systems, workflows, and service teams aren’t aligned, HR teams and brokers are often left bridging the gaps themselves.
Rippling’s Preferred Carrier Program is built to change that through deeper collaboration between Rippling and participating carriers across technology integration, operations, service, and product.
For Beam, that kind of connected experience is exactly what we’ve been building toward.
Built for a more connected benefits ecosystem
Beam’s infrastructure was designed to connect with HR and benefits platforms through modern integrations, creating a stronger foundation for information to move between systems and teams.
Our integration with Rippling supports dental, vision, basic life, and disability coverage for new implementations today, with connectivity designed to support the benefits experience from plan setup through ongoing administration.
That includes:
- Connected enrollment and eligibility data: Eligibility and enrollment information can flow between Rippling and Beam, reducing manual touchpoints and supporting more accurate administration.
- Integrated plan setup: API connectivity helps automate plan configuration and keep information aligned across platforms as changes occur.
- Coordinated implementation: Shared frameworks help Beam and Rippling teams stay aligned as groups move toward go-live.
- Clear service ownership: Defined expectations and escalation paths help teams know where to turn when an issue spans both organizations.
The technology matters but the partnership around it matters just as much.
“The best part of working with Rippling is that we were genuinely building something together. When both sides are aligned on how the integration should work, and what good looks like for brokers and employers, the result is something that actually holds up after go-live.”
- Kimberly Duffy, Senior Director, National and Strategic Partnerships, Beam Benefits
What it means for brokers
Brokers shouldn’t have to become the connective tissue between a benefits platform and a carrier.
A deeper Beam and Rippling partnership means greater alignment behind the scenes, from implementation through ongoing service. When questions or issues cross systems, documented ownership and escalation paths give both teams a clearer way to work together.
The result is less time spent navigating between organizations and more confidence in the experience being delivered to clients.
What it means for employers
For HR teams, benefits administration doesn’t stop when enrollment closes.
New hires join. Employees make changes. Coverage terminates. Plan information needs to remain aligned across systems throughout the year.
Beam’s integration with Rippling helps those updates move between the two platforms with fewer manual touchpoints, while closer coordination between our teams supports the experience when something needs attention.
It’s one connected relationship designed to hold up beyond implementation.
Where we go from here
Becoming a Rippling Preferred Carrier isn’t an endpoint. It creates a framework for Beam and Rippling to keep working together across technology, operations, service, and product as the benefits experience evolves.
That means continuing to identify opportunities to strengthen integrations, improve how our teams work together, and build a benefits experience that feels connected not just at enrollment, but throughout the life of the plan.
Because the best integrations don’t just connect systems.
They connect the people and processes behind them, too.
